A Nutritional Consultancy involves a detailed case taking about lifestyle, food habits and in depth Medical history. Before your appointment you will be asked to complete and return a simple Nutritional questionnaire to help maximize the benefits and gain best results for you.
In your consultation, you will be guided with a supplement and detailed nutritional food programme tailor made just for your needs and concerns. A follow up is recommended based on the first consultation and also based on your concerns (acute or chronic)
A thorough and detailed case taking is conducted to determine the main areas of concern for patients. Together with this information, a combined holistic approach is taken by having an in-depth understanding of patient’s food habits, lifestyle factors, physical & mental generals and a childhood history (including genetic history)
